Ashley Poole is the founder of Bubbles & BEOs, a boutique experiential production and marketing company that helps brands and organizations bring ideas to life through memorable events, activations and campaigns.

With experience spanning conferences, festivals, grand openings, product launches, nonprofit events, seasonal experiences and community partnerships, Ashley understands how to take a creative concept from the earliest idea through execution and promotion. Her work blends event production, experiential marketing, sponsorship strategy and brand storytelling to create experiences that feel cohesive, intentional and worth remembering.

Before launching Bubbles & BEOs, Ashley built her career across event sales, sponsorships, marketing, tradeshows and large-scale corporate events. That background gives her a unique ability to see both the creative vision and the business goals behind every project.

Ashley is known for bringing energy, organization and thoughtful strategy to complex productions. Whether she is transforming a space, developing a guest journey, coordinating partners, building a promotional campaign or managing the final on-site details, she keeps the full experience in view from beginning to end.
